Sleep: I have been sleeping very irregularly. Staying up way too long and then sleeping badly.
Work: I rarely go to work and I work badly at home. I don't finish projects when I say I will.
Study: I haven't studied this summer like I planned
Face: I haven't been keeping my face schedule
Health: I have been eating badly and I need to lose at least 5 lbs
